GetResponse is looking for a Customer Success Advisor fluent in Polish and English to help our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert support. In this remote-friendly, global role, you will be a key point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer success.
What You'll Do
- Responding to customer inquiries and educating them on our products via chat and email.
- Troubleshooting problems and finding effective solutions for customers.
- Coordinating solutions with IT and management teams as needed.
- Helping customers build successful businesses by providing strategic guidance.
- Handling onboarding calls to welcome and set up new customers.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent language skills in both English and Polish (at least C1 level).
- Openness to new experiences and readiness to acquire new information at a fast pace.
- Ability to easily handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and a readiness to master speed-typing.
- An outgoing, upbeat attitude as a 'people person'.
- Comfort and readiness for speaking with customers over the phone or via Teams calls.
Nice to Have
- Online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background.
- Proficiency in any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German, or Russian.
