About the Role

GetResponse is looking for a Customer Success Advisor fluent in Polish and English to help our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert support. In this remote-friendly, global role, you will be a key point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Responding to customer inquiries and educating them on our products via chat and email.
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding effective solutions for customers.
  • Coordinating solutions with IT and management teams as needed.
  • Helping customers build successful businesses by providing strategic guidance.
  • Handling onboarding calls to welcome and set up new customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent language skills in both English and Polish (at least C1 level).
  • Openness to new experiences and readiness to acquire new information at a fast pace.
  • Ability to easily handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and a readiness to master speed-typing.
  • An outgoing, upbeat attitude as a 'people person'.
  • Comfort and readiness for speaking with customers over the phone or via Teams calls.

Nice to Have

  • Online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background.
  • Proficiency in any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German, or Russian.

  • Compensation range: 5,500 - 6,000 PLN gross/month on a contract of employment.
