Pushpay is hiring a Sales Development Representative, Catholic Market

About the Role

Pushpay is looking for a Sales Development Representative to serve our Catholic market clients. You will be the passionate, personable, and professional first point of contact, making outbound calls to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries, and non-profits and schedule appointments for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify organizations within the Catholic denomination.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Have meaningful conversations to understand community engagement challenges.
  • Identify and communicate how Pushpay can help prospects.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build pipeline.
  • Work with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve targets.
  • Make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school graduate or holder of an equivalent degree.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
  • Sales experience talking/selling over the phone; courteous, well spoken, curious and good at asking questions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to connect prospects' business needs to Pushpay's SAAS solutions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Catholic Parishes or Catholic diocese.
  • Working knowledge of the leadership structure within the Catholic church.
  • Knowledge of day to day Parish and diocesan activities.
  • Working knowledge of Parish Faith formation programs and sacramental activities.
  • Working knowledge of parish / diocesan budgets or financials.
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Some familiarity with an ABM 'go to market' strategy.
  • Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers.

  • Compensation: $50k base.
