JetBrains is looking for a Sales Development Representative to specialize in our AI-powered QA automation offering. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating qualified leads and building a robust pipeline for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and lead information in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI, QA, or automation tools.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
