About the Role

Join E.ON as a Senior Test Manager, where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of digital products within an Agile Release Train. You will lead the entire release test cycle, embed quality into agile development models, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own quality assurance within agile process models, defining test processes for releases and continuous delivery.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership for the full release test cycle of a solution.
  • Collaborate closely with employees across the program, different departments, and stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in the Quality Guild and enable Agile Teams in using tools and methods for testing, test design, data, environments, and automation.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field, or completed vocational training with relevant practical experience.
  • Ideally three years of experience as an IT test manager or Scrum Master, with a preference for agile development experience.
  • Strong IT test management knowledge, ideally with ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation-Level certification, and good analytical-conceptual thinking skills.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining professional knowledge and observing market trends in testing methods, tools, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to change and take initiative.
  • Reliability, independence, integrity, and a cooperative mindset.
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills (at least B2 level) and enjoyment working with international teams.
