We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to help scale the go-to-market motion for a venture-backed fintech company. This is an early role on a small, high-impact sales team with significant growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting efforts, primarily through cold email and written outreach.
- Research and engage prospective customers with thoughtful, tailored messaging.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to refine messaging and targeting.
- Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, and outbound strategy as the team grows.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 OTE (60% base / 40% variable).
