Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads (warm leads, not cold calling)
- Qualify customers by understanding their move details, timeline, and needs
- Build trust fast and deliver a great customer experience
- Schedule and coordinate next steps to close the deal
- Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM
- Follow up consistently until the customer books or clearly declines
- Hit weekly and monthly activity + conversion targets
Requirements
- 1+ year of SDR / BDR / inside sales experience (lead qualification or lead scoring)
- Strong phone presence — confident, friendly, and persuasive
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people quickly
- Organized and reliable follow-up habits
- Hungry to learn, improve, and earn more through performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume leads
Nice to Have
- Experience in the moving industry, logistics, home services, or related sales
- CRM experience (any system is fine)
