About the Role
Lead the SEO strategy for print-focused product pages and content surfaces, driving organic growth through technical optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the SEO roadmap for print-related product pages, category hubs, campaign content, and supporting surfaces.
- Drive organic traffic growth by targeting high-intent search queries in transactional and commercial search journeys.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Design, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate SEO into product design and planning.
- Partner with the international SEO lead to create scalable global SEO frameworks as print offerings expand into new regions.
- Build and improve systems for technical SEO, experimentation, automation, and AI-driven workflows to increase efficiency.
- Track and report performance metrics including sessions, conversion rate, revenue contribution, and monthly active user growth to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in product-led e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or marketplace settings.
- Proven track record leading SEO strategies for high-intent, conversion-focused search experiences.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, structured data implementation, and scalable landing page architectures.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps and working across departments to embed SEO into core product decisions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect SEO initiatives to business outcomes such as revenue and user growth.
- Self-starter who can take projects from idea to execution with minimal oversight.
- Interest in automation and artificial intelligence as tools to amplify SEO impact.
