Responsibilities
- Utilise your extensive mechanical design experience to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes across health, defence, transport, data centre, sports, and other major building projects across ANZ.
- Lead mechanical design packages on key client projects, taking ownership of technical delivery and providing rigorous design review to ensure excellence and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality across calculations, specifications, and detailed design documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their technical development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and clients, contributing to successful project outcomes and repeat business.

- Extensive mechanical design experience
- Ability to lead mechanical design packages on key client projects

- Proven ability to provide rigorous design review to ensure excellence and compliance

- The preferred location is Adelaide, but the role can also be based in Brisbane or Melbourne.
