FirstMate was looking for a Sales Development Rep

FirstMate is looking for a Sales Development Rep to drive outbound sales to roofing companies across the United States. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from the first cold call to securing the initial order and building ongoing customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct cold calling to introduce products and set appointments
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to move them through the pipeline
  • Onboard new sign-ups and guide them to place their first order
  • Re-engage customers who haven't ordered recently to build consistent usage

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills for emails and text follow-ups
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
  • Self-motivated and organized to manage your own pipeline while working from home most of the time
  • Persistent without being pushy, with skill in getting past gatekeepers and building quick rapport with business owners
