Rockstar is hiring a Sales Development Associate to join our venture-backed cybersecurity startup. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will create leverage for the sales team through high-quality, detail-oriented work in a fully remote capacity.
What You'll Do
- Own inbound lead handling workflows, including reviewing inbound leads for ICP fit, validating data, and routing to the appropriate SDR or AE.
- Own ICP list generation and filtration, building targeted account lists for SDRs and AEs based on defined criteria.
- Research breach reports and public sources to identify impacted companies matching ICP and capture context for outreach prioritization.
- Process event and webinar attendee lists to identify ICP accounts, validate contacts, and prepare clean exports for sales motion.
- Perform data enrichment and normalization work across accounts and contacts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and routing readiness by reviewing records and ensuring required fields and stages are applied consistently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve input quality, process consistency, and data reliability.
- Develop repeatable workflows and light process improvements to increase speed and accuracy across list building, research, and CRM updates.
- Support Sales Development leadership in departmental projects impacting Revenue's Top-Of-Funnel.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, sales operations, lead research, customer research, or a similar role.
- Surgical attention to detail, strong research and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguous inputs to produce clean, usable outputs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
- Extremely well-organized, quick-learner, self-directed, and highly energetic.
- Precise attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- College degree or equivalent.

- Background in organized sports or experience working in a small team environment.
