Responsibilities
- Drive new business by owning the full outreach process including LinkedIn, email, video, and cold calling to generate revenue.
- Conduct high-level discovery and educational calls with senior executives in sustainability and procurement to generate interest in ESG solutions.
- Use consultative questioning with the MEDDPICC framework to identify high-potential opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for account executives.
- Articulate the importance of CSR and sustainable supply chains to Global 500 companies as a sustainability advocate.
- Research target accounts and map key decision-makers aligned with the ideal customer profile for strategic prospecting.
- Collaborate with marketing and account executives to develop localized call strategies, messaging, and targeted lead lists.
- Manage the full funnel by proactively following up, handling objections, and nurturing leads until conversion.
- Track all activity in Salesforce to monitor performance, identify trends, and consistently exceed quota.
- Represent the brand through social selling and at industry events to build market presence.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Proactive approach and enthusiasm for building a sales career
- Strong resilience and ability to navigate objections
- Experience or desire to engage busy decision-makers professionally over the phone
- Familiarity with modern sales stack including AI tools like Claude and Gemini, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft
- Self-starter mentality with openness to feedback and desire to continuously improve
- Ability to stay focused, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong active listening skills and ability to map value to prospects' commercial goals and ROI
- Results-oriented mindset focused on data and conversion metrics
