About the Role

Zello is hiring a Sales & Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) to be the number two at Zello in the EMEA region. You will work closely with one of the company’s top performers in building our Go-To-Market strategy. This role offers insights and multiple possible career paths into Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound leads and requests.
  • Handle support responsibilities in your timezone.
  • Manage account responsibilities to grow business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for small and medium sized businesses.
  • Confidently manage and grow several accounts.
  • Prospect into key accounts.
  • Be an expert on Zello and support customers with any inquiries or problems.

What We're Looking For

  • First experiences in a customer facing role, such as Business Development Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sales representative.
  • Experience in managing an existing customer base, with a focus on consultative selling and revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable telephone etiquette, and confident presentation skills in several languages.
  • Highly self-driven and independent worker.
  • Ability to learn and apply new knowledge.
