Sirket.io is looking for a Sales & Customer Success Associate to support customer communication and sales processes for our corporate services platform. You will be a key point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional experience and contributing directly to sales success.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound customer messages and emails.
- Conduct online meetings with potential clients when needed.
- Learn and understand company services to guide clients confidently.
- Support sales processes and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate data and notes in CRM systems.
- Ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.
- Prepare follow-up messages, summaries, and basic reports.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in sales or customer support.
- Proven experience conducting online meetings and handling phone-based sales.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools.
- Solid experience working with CRM platforms.
- Turkish citizen.
- Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Strong English reading comprehension.
- Confident and professional in client-facing conversations.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Energetic attitude and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work remotely full-time Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Self-disciplined and accountable in remote work environments.
