This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a positive client experience through timely and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Assist clients with product selection based on individual needs
- Process sales orders and update account information accurately
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and pricing
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Escalate technical problems to appropriate departments
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Support onboarding of new customers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during conversations
- Ensure compliance with company policies during customer engagements
- Meet performance targets for response time and resolution
- Collaborate with team members to improve service workflows
- Provide feedback on customer trends to management
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Adapt communication style to suit different client personalities
