At Horizon Recovery, the Sales Coordinator/Support is essential for enabling the sales process. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness by assisting Producers with the quoting, binding, and administrative processing of insurance policies.
What You'll Do
- Assist Producers with quoting and binding insurance policies.
- Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Attach emails and documents within agency management systems.
- Follow up with carrier underwriters and insureds to obtain missing information.
- Monitor and track outstanding quotes and policy documents.
- Set up new clients and policies in Applied EPIC.
- Enter and verify data in Indio and other internal systems.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with internal workflow and system processes.
- Communicate with carrier underwriters regarding missing information, quote revisions, and confirmations.
- Follow up with insureds for required documentation and forms.
- Ensure timely response and turnaround on all requests.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in insurance agency support (Commercial or P&C preferred).
- Experience working with carrier portals and quoting systems.
- Strong administrative and data-entry accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Applied EPIC (highly preferred).
