Axur is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in strengthening our financial structure. You will support strategic decision-making across the company by providing reliable, well-structured data and analysis.
What You'll Do
- Prepare management reports and decision-support materials.
- Ensure consistency and reliability of financial data.
- Interact frequently with accounting partners in Brazil and internationally.
- Support discussions and adjustments related to the accounting structure, including the Chart of Accounts, reconciliations of accounts payable/receivable, reclassifications, and balance consistency.
- Analyze and monitor tax benefits (Lei do Bem).
- Build and maintain financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Analyze P&L and balance sheet performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
