Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Danish Speaking Customer Support professional to join our team remotely from Greece. You will provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients. This role focuses on resolving customer issues effectively and collaborating across departments to improve service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, and policies promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service delivery and implement client solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
