Phiture is looking for a Sales Coordinator m/f/d to help drive company growth by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities. In this remote role, you will be responsible for building strong first impressions, qualifying opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and ensuring smooth handovers.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound leads through Hubspot, including qualifying and running structured discovery calls with proactive and frequent follow-ups.
- Translate discovery outcomes into a clear, actionable brief and hand it over to the Account Management team for closing.
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and transparent CRM for the wider Revops team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Pod Leads to align opportunities with services.
- Support and execute activation and reactivation campaigns to keep the pipeline healthy.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop Sales collateral and feedback loops to optimize top-of-the-funnel activities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or pre-sales, in a services or agency environment.
- Proficiency with Hubspot, including CRM workflows, pipeline management, reporting, and sequences.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple opportunities at once.
- Confidence in networking and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with prospects at industry events.
