About the Role

Amaseo GmbH is looking for a Sales Closer (B2B Sales Manager) to drive growth by building a customer base for our online marketing services. You will be a key player in our team of 11-50 employees, responsible for the full sales cycle from initial consultation to ongoing customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct advisory and sales conversations via phone or video call.
  • Build and manage your own customer base.
  • Determine client needs and analyze their current status.
  • Manage a follow-up system and maintain customer contact.
  • Provide continuous support to your customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written communication.
  • Strong social skills and a genuine enthusiasm for dealing with people.
  • Affinity for sales and a confident, likable, and professional appearance.
  • Open-minded, competent demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Self-structured and responsible way of working.
  • Enthusiasm for online marketing and a drive to build new contacts.

Nice to Have

  • A completed university degree is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising or e-commerce.
  • Completed commercial training or studies.
