MWEB is hiring a Sales Call Centre Agent for a fixed-term, commission-only contract. In this fully remote role, you will drive revenue by acquiring new customers through inbound and outbound sales calls and upselling MWEB's core products to our existing client base.
What You'll Do
- Present, promote, and sell MWEB's products and services to new and existing customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential and existing customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the required schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze territory/market potential and track sales performance and status reports.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve your sales approach through feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Matric Grade 12 qualification.
- A clear criminal record.
- Mandatory 2-year sales experience.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proven inbound and/or outbound and cold calling sales track record.
- Demonstrated ability to close a sale.
- Experience with targeting, tracking, and measuring sales performance.
- Ability to manage the sales process through strong pipelining skills.
- Experience in customer retention strategies.
Nice to Have
- Previous ISP experience.

You will report directly to the Sales Team Manager.
