MWEB (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Sales Call Centre Agent on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract with a commission-only compensation structure. You will acquire new customers and upsell existing ones to MWEB's core products through the Inbound and Outbound Sales Call Centre, reporting directly to the Sales Team Manager.
What You'll Do
- Present, promote, and sell products and services.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential and existing customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze territory/market potential and track sales reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
