AlexStaff Agency is looking for a Sales Business Development professional to join a data-driven company specializing in building energy efficiency. In this role, you will implement sales tools, develop outbound campaigns, and support sales strategy to help hotels and energy-intensive businesses significantly reduce their energy consumption.
What You'll Do
- Implement and manage reporting tools like HubSpot and Notion to track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize CRM usage for effective lead management and pipeline prioritization.
- Contribute to sales strategy through thorough market and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns using LinkedIn, Pitchbook, and internal databases.
- Support the sales team with research, campaign execution, and regular check-ins.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align the go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling B2B products to the Hospitality sector.
- Experience at a SaaS-based energy or sustainability data management provider.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a relentless focus on data and client success.
- Proven ability to conduct independent research, solve problems thoughtfully, and expand your knowledge.
- Leading experience and a background in growing and building internal processes for scaling a sales team.
- Greek native speaker with English C1+ proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in private equity or supplier relations.
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Notion.
