What You'll Do
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase offerings.
- Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales associate or similar sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales strategies.
- Team player who can work independently and contribute to team goals.
- Must have experience with Slack, ClickUp, and Hubspot.
