Assistantly is hiring a Sales Assistant to work alongside founders and revenue teams, keeping sales operations running smoothly. You will manage the operational backbone of the sales process, from lead tracking to client coordination, ensuring pipeline flow and allowing sales leaders to concentrate on closing deals and strategy.
What You'll Do
- Manage CRM updates, pipelines, and lead tracking
- Support inbound and outbound sales workflows
- Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination
- Prepare sales reports, trackers, and summaries
- Assist with proposal preparation and documentation
- Maintain clean records of leads, conversations, and outcomes
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales support, admin, or operations experience
- Strong written and verbal English
- Highly responsive and detail-oriented approach
- Comfort working with numbers, targets, and deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication tools
