Paired is looking for a Sales Appointment Setter (SDR) to drive the front end of the sales pipeline for a cannabis payment processing company. You will be responsible for reaching out to cannabis dispensary leads, educating them on payment solutions, and booking qualified appointments for the senior closing team.
What You'll Do
- Refine and execute an outbound sales strategy to reach cannabis dispensary decision makers.
- Set qualified appointments for the sales closing team on a daily basis.
- Educate potential clients on payment processing solutions, including debit and credit card acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Manage the full outreach cycle from lead generation to appointment handoff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience with a strong cold calling background.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and moving leads through a pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Available to work 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern time zone.
