Staffing for Doctors is hiring a Remote Sales Representative to grow our client base through proactive outreach. In this outbound role, you will connect with medical practices to book appointments for our Sales Manager, directly contributing to company growth.
What You'll Do
- Make 60 to 100 outbound calls per day to medical practices
- Book appointments and meetings for the Sales Manager
- Use HubSpot CRM to track all calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Consistently hit daily and weekly activity targets
What We're Looking For
- Strong English speaking and writing skills — you must be clear and confident on the phone
- Experience in phone sales, outbound calling, SDR, or BDR roles
- Must be able to work a full-time remote shift from a quiet workspace
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with daily targets
Nice to Have
- Full-cycle sales experience is preferred

You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates located in PH or LATAM.
