Whizz is looking for a Sales and Support Representative to be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this full-time remote role, you will manage outbound calls to warm leads, provide detailed product information, and facilitate sales and support for our electric bikes.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.
- Proactively furnish detailed information regarding our electric bikes, and facilitate appointment and delivery arrangements.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to convert prospective customers into clients.
- Diligently address and resolve concerns and objections from existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- C2 level fluency in English.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a sales position.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to adhere to the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time).
- Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, fully remote position (global). You must be available to work core hours from 9 am to 6 pm New York Time.
