What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking personal insurance solutions
- Explain policy options, including coverage details and pricing structures
- Generate and finalize quotes with approved carriers
- Address concerns and resolve objections to support confident purchasing decisions
- Deliver consistent, energetic service that reflects a genuine commitment to customer care
