Help customers make confident insurance decisions—remotely and with purpose. As a Sales Agent at a fast-scaling fintech company, you’ll support individuals seeking affordable, reliable auto and home insurance by guiding them through policy options from a broad network of 55+ carriers.
You’ll respond exclusively to inbound inquiries, delivering clear, empathetic service while addressing questions about coverage, pricing, and policy details. Your role is to listen, educate, and assist each customer in selecting a plan that aligns with their unique needs—no cold calling required.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers interested in personal insurance solutions
- Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, accessible way
- Generate and finalize quotes through carrier systems
- Address concerns and guide customers through decision-making with confidence and care
- Maintain an engaged, supportive tone that reflects a genuine commitment to customer success
