About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to the sales team by maintaining records, processing orders, and assisting with client inquiries to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer account information and update databases regularly
  • Process sales orders and track fulfillment progress
  • Assist with preparation of sales reports and performance metrics
  • Coordinate internal communications between sales and other departments
  • Support the sales team with timely responses to client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and contract records
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings and follow-ups
  • Monitor sales pipelines and update tracking systems
  • Generate quotes and proposals under guidance from sales staff
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures in all sales processes
  • Track inventory levels in coordination with sales forecasts
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment statuses
  • Compile data for monthly sales reviews and forecasting
  • Liaise with logistics teams to confirm delivery schedules
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and client information
  • Identify discrepancies in orders and resolve with relevant teams
  • Support the implementation of sales tools and CRM updates
  • Assist in preparing presentations for client engagements
  • Monitor sales performance indicators and report anomalies
  • Coordinate sample requests and product demonstrations
  • Respond to internal requests for sales data and insights
  • Help maintain brand consistency in sales materials
  • Track customer feedback and escalate as needed
  • Assist with special projects during peak sales periods
