DME is looking for a Sales Account/Relationship Manager to own the full sales cycle within assigned territories and industries. In this role, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with existing customers while actively driving new business growth through strategic market penetration.
What You'll Do
- Directly service existing customers and acquire new customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads generated for your territories and key accounts.
- Forecast sales volume and manage all sales activities in assigned territories and industries.
- Advise customers on technical inquiries and present products and innovations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products in the EEP business unit, along with company policies and goals.
- Directly participate in and formulate a market penetration plan for your assigned territory and industry.
- Ensure the accuracy of quotations, including equipment selection, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Review all contracts for acceptance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for representatives and customers.
- Assist in the collection of past due accounts.
- Closely monitor the status of outstanding quotations and develop and implement strategies for closing orders.
