Bank of Montreal (BMO) is looking for a Specialist, Business Banking Services to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service to small business customers. In this remote role, you will act as a role model, developing strong relationships and providing tailored financial solutions.
What You'll Do
- Probe to understand customer needs and provide Business Banking sales, service, and advice to existing customers or prospects.
- Advise customers on Business Banking strategies and products, including credit cards, that meet their objectives.
- Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Identify and make referrals to other business groups as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries in an informed, professional, and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex customer situations to the appropriate colleague as required.
- Complete all required post-call activities to ensure requests are processed accurately.
- Maintain current knowledge of business banking products and processes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer and Bank information and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Engage clients in holistic needs-based conversations to develop a complete understanding of their needs.

- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
