Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc., a subsidiary of HF Sinclair Corporation, is hiring a temporary, full-time Sales Account Manager for a 12-month term covering Eastern Canada Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key national automotive programs and growth initiatives while servicing existing accounts, reporting to the Region Manager Sales East and OEM.
What You'll Do
- Manage national automotive programs.
- Identify potential areas for growth and develop appropriate territory plans.
- Service existing accounts with a high level of customer service.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to maintain and grow existing business.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to successfully roll out new business.
- Develop strong networks and expertise within the industry to gain knowledge, contacts and leads.
- Operate successfully in a technical industry and customer base.
- Maintain a high level of customer service focus.
- Operate within a CRM system such as Sales Force to ensure sales activity is managed and up to date.
- Learn and operate within the parameters of the Account-based sales process.
- Handle special assignments, projects or tasks as assigned by the Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Business to business (B2B) sales experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree (in Business or Engineering preferred).
Technical Stack
- CRM system such as Sales Force.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Region Manager Sales East and OEM.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 annually.
Work Mode
This is a local-country position open to candidates based in Ontario, Quebec, or Atlantic Canada.
