Atrium is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our remote team serving clients in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. You will be instrumental in acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones, directly impacting our mission to connect people and solutions for exceptional experiences. This role requires executing our sales process with strong communication skills and a focus on client needs.
What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed the sales quota outlined in your annual compensation plan.
- Leverage incoming leads, partner leads, cold calls, referrals, social media, and trade shows to secure introduction calls.
- Conduct calls to diagnose client needs, communicate Atrium's value, and determine next steps.
- Lead responses to RFI and RFP processes using our established templates.
- Create quotes, business cases, and agreements to secure signed contracts and hand-offs to our Implementation team.
- Develop and maintain written account plans with revenue and relationship goals for strategic clients.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive and process orders for Atrium and third-party add-ons.
- Develop long-term client relationships built on exceptional service and trust.
- Collaborate with partners to strengthen relationships and develop joint sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in our CRM.
- Provide weekly written sales reports to the VP of Sales.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales forecast.
- Orchestrate prompt and professional follow-up on all activities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or Sales Account Manager.
- Hands-on sales experience with a focus on excellent customer experiences.
- 3+ years' experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables effectively.
- Proficiency in time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Competence in tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Slack, Google Suite, Atrium's CRM, and Gmail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

- Experience in higher education campus card (One Card) business, including dining and retail operations, meal plans, declining balance accounts, attendance tracking, and physical access control.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic United States. The role includes occasional travel.
