What You'll Do
Drive sales growth by connecting with Food and Beverage businesses across the Middle East, introducing them to a modern retail fulfillment platform. You’ll manage every stage of the sales process—from initial outreach to finalizing agreements—using a consultative approach to understand each partner’s goals.
Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings. Build trust by learning how clients operate and showing how the platform can help them scale. You’ll take ownership of your pipeline, using insights from early conversations to refine your outreach and improve conversion rates.
During your first eight weeks, you’ll receive comprehensive training, including product education and guided shadowing, to prepare you for independent success.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in full-cycle B2B sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging decision-makers
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working independently
- Results-focused with attention to detail and consistent follow-up
- Resilient mindset, eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
- Demonstrated consultative selling ability and a track record of closing deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in eFulfillment, eCommerce logistics, or the Food & Beverage industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
