Voltaire Design is looking for a Saddle Expert to lead and grow our brand presence across the premier Pennsylvania territory. This is a performance-driven, consultative sales role focused on expert saddle fittings and building lasting relationships in a dynamic equestrian market. We combine equestrian passion and fine craftsmanship with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow Voltaire Design’s presence across the Pennsylvania territory
- Actively drive business at premier horse shows and within local barns
- Provide expert saddle fittings and technical guidance
- Manage and safeguard your mobile inventory of premium saddles and accessories
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the New Jersey–Pennsylvania territory
- Strong interest in sales and performance-driven environments
- Comfort working around horses
- Self-disciplined, organized, and motivated to build long-term professional relationships
Nice to Have
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Equestrian background highly valued
