ChainGPT is hiring an SaaS Sales Manager for our Web3 product suite. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role where you will own the full sales cycle for our configurable, white-label SaaS products, selling directly to B2B customers across Europe.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting via email, direct messages, and calls to generate qualified opportunities.
- Build target account lists and identify decision-makers within Web3 teams and adjacent B2B verticals.
- Book discovery calls and maintain consistent top-of-funnel activity.
- Run discovery sessions to uncover customer goals, technical requirements, timelines, and buying processes.
- Lead product demos and solution walkthroughs for white-label offerings like portals, launch tools, and staking/vesting products.
- Create proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene, tracking stages, notes, next steps, and close dates.
- Track pipeline movement and ensure consistent deal follow-up.
- Surface deal risks early, such as pricing concerns, blockers, technical scope, or stakeholder issues.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to confirm feasibility, scope, and delivery expectations for white-label deals.
- Coordinate a smooth post-close handoff to the onboarding and customer success teams.
- Feed back customer insights to improve product positioning, packaging, and sales assets.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, with mid-market/SMB focus; enterprise is a plus.
- Proven track record of hitting quota and owning a sales pipeline end-to-end.
- Comfortable selling configurable or white-label software with stakeholder-heavy sales cycles.
- Strong discovery skills; familiarity with MEDDICC or BANT qualification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working effectively in fully remote teams.
- Familiarity with Web3 concepts like L1/L2 blockchains, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, and DAOs.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to technical buyers or working within developer-influenced sales cycles.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Zapier, n8n, Make, or AI sales tooling.
