Sumundi Inc, a software development company, is seeking a SaaS B2B Sales Executive to drive sales growth and client relationships. This fully remote role involves consultative selling, identifying new business opportunities, managing client renewals, and collaborating with partners and internal teams to achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Learn and understand our software products inside-out and be able to help clients identify the many ways in which our solutions can help them
- Sell our software subscription plans perfectly and ensure that customers are renewing each month without dropping off
- Understand how our software works with a variety of hardware components (computers, tablets, smartphones, printers etc)
- Be able to nullify the objections of customers during the sales process
- Collaborate with our external partners and resellers during the onboarding process of new clients
- If a client stops using any of our software products, you need to be able to tell us the reasons why that happened and share actionable ideas on how we can improve
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and stay informed about competitor activities
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and digital product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our products/services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials to support sales efforts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness and provide superior customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and product development, to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
