  • Conduct thorough due diligence to assess site suitability for Habitat Bank creation, coordinating with internal teams including ecology, project delivery, legal, and finance.
  • Drive sites through internal governance processes.
  • Gather and analyze data to support targeted Habitat Bank creation, including reviewing local plan policies, agri-environment scheme information, and market sector reports.
  • Work as part of a collaborative project team to create the Habitat, deliver capital works, and support ongoing site management, liaising with landowners regularly.
  • Manage and execute the planning and consenting processes required for habitat creation.
  • Participate in regional and national marketing events to promote Environment Bank and the concept of Habitat Bank creation to farmers and landowners.
