Bozzuto is hiring a Roving Leasing Consultant (Roving Sales & Marketing Associate) to join our team serving communities in Greater Boston. You will be the face of our brand, converting leads into tours and securing new leases through personalized engagement. Your focus will be on delivering stellar resident experiences and generating excitement via social media, all while traveling within our local portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood.
- Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
- Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
- Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week.
- Travel among a portfolio of properties within Greater Boston.
