FrieslandCampina Ingredients is seeking a strategic Route to Market Manager to optimize our indirect sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for designing distributor structures, driving field execution, and ensuring our RTM strategy delivers market growth and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize RTM models for indirect channels, defining distributor structures, coverage models, and service levels.
- Translate RTM strategy into clear execution guidelines for field teams, ensuring effective rollout of initiatives and programs.
- Act as the key liaison between HQ strategy and field execution.
- Collaborate with distributors to improve operational effectiveness, compliance, and capability.
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and governance routines.
- Lead business reviews with distributors using data analytics and market insights.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess in-market execution and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance field sales team capabilities and execution standards.
- Lead RTM-related system enhancements for DMS, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across outlet, sales, and coverage data.
- Drive productivity initiatives, including route optimization and manpower deployment.
- Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new RTM ways of working.
