Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Representative to manage in-store sales and merchandising. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct store engagement and managing the daily logistics of product delivery.
What You'll Do
- Adhere to all safety, fleet, and Department of Transportation policies.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with store managers, replenishing sections, and identifying opportunities for displays and promotions.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Manage daily product needs by driving a DOT-certified company vehicle between assigned stores and the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, handle necessary paperwork, and complete reports.
- Unload products, verify counts, and store new inventory properly at the warehouse.
- Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed for daily deliveries.
- Begin each day reviewing objectives and conclude by communicating results and opportunities with the District Manager.
- Follow the established frequency of service for each customer.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales through in-store engagement, executing planograms, and setting up displays.
- Capable of operating with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and integrity.
- Experience managing product deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and handling warehouse-to-store logistics using DOT-certified vehicles.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills for daily manager communication and store-level challenges.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a District Manager (DM).
Work Mode
This position is onsite, requiring daily travel between the warehouse and assigned customer locations.
