About the Role

Join our team at the Hilton Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort & Spa as a Room Attendant. In this role, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry functions, delegating tasks efficiently to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage day-to-day activities and maintain high operating standards, contributing to our tradition of providing exceptional guest experiences and our vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry as per hotel brand standards.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Actively work on availability and release of Rooms for Guest Service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
  • Manage the controls of the Housekeeping department, such as frequency of employees, release of master keys, incident book, input and output of uniform and linen.
  • Check daily the guest information in CRM and ensure preferences and requests are met on time.
  • Request flowers for special occasions and provide embroidery for special linen.
  • Control and make monthly Lost and Found and donations.
  • Check uniforms and send for cleaning and/or repair.
  • Coordinate and control all traffic of documents and people within the department.
  • Release linen from Laundry daily.
  • Make daily guest clothing release for guests using the laundry service.
  • Make monthly closing of Laundry expenses and provision.
  • Replace Laundry Attendant in case of holidays, days off, or absences.

  • Previous experience in Laundry
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency, at intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent standards of clean
