Medtronic is seeking a Robotic Start-Up Specialist to support the deployment and integration of the HUGO™ robotic-assisted surgical system in hospitals across the Nordics. This role plays a key part in driving successful adoption through training, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence within a dynamic surgical robotics team.
What You'll Do
- Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO™ RAS-system
- Conduct regular program review meetings to remain on track
- Develop a surgeon training plan
- Coordinate attendance at Medtronic’s off-site training
- Arrange for proctored cases post-training as needed
- Develop a training plan to support staff
- Support staff through their learning curve
- Support staff attendance at Medtronic off-site training class
- Support technology adoption by attending cases during surgeon and staff member’s learning sessions
- Utilize change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and attain buy-in
- Coach hospitals’ staff to promote skill transfer and achieve self-sufficiency in operational excellence
- Cooperate with Medtronic field service engineer (FSE) and the hospital staff to prepare the operating room to host the HUGO™ RAS-system
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree preferable (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.)
- Fluent in local language and English
- Willingness to travel throughout the Nordic region (>75%)
- Demonstrable experience over 2 years, including relevant knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgical procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a hospital environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Support effective account management
- Eager to learn and passionate about medical technology and surgical innovation

- The ability to speak more languages is a plus

Salary range by country: Denmark: 624,000.00 DKK - 936,000.00 DKK, Norway: 714,400.00 NOK - 1,071,600.00 NOK, Sweden: 535,200.00 SEK - 802,800.00 SEK.
Work Mode
Local-country role with primary locations in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Oslo, Trondheim, Stockholm. This is a fully remote role with >75% travel required throughout the Nordic region.
