Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in a home health environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Evaluate patient condition and changes
- Instruct families and caregivers on care procedures
- Adhere to the established plan of care
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas
- Current CPR certification
Nice to Have
- Experience in pediatric home health
- Experience with tracheostomy and/or ventilator care
