Baptist Health is looking for an RN Level I to join our team. In this role, you will provide general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your primary focus will be ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care delivered at Baptist Medical Center East.
What You'll Do
- Provide general supervision and coordination of activities for nursing personnel
- Ensure quality and continuity of patient care
- Accept and support the philosophy, purpose, and objectives of Baptist Health and the Department of Nursing
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Nursing
- An active RN license
- BLS certification
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing
