Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time Labor and Delivery position. You will coordinate patient care and supervise nursing personnel to ensure quality and continuity during shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel on your shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Ensure the quality and continuity of patient care through effective oversight.
- Utilize the nursing process to perform patient assessments, plan care, and implement interventions.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Nursing
- Active RN licensure
- BLS certification
Nice to Have
- BSN degree
