Corewell Health is looking for an RN Homecare professional to provide nursing care for homecare patients from infant to geriatric. You will utilize the nursing process framework and patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge. Nurses are assigned to a specific territory for less driving and more patient interaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care by incorporating patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
- Provide quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader according to Corewell Health policies and procedures.
- Partner with and utilize patient/family input and goals in planning plan of care.
- Develop teaching strategies for patient/family and document education and learning appropriately in health record.
What We're Looking For
- Associates in Nursing
- BSN within 5 years
- State of MI RN license
- State of MI Drivers License
- AHA or ARC BLS within 90 days
- 1 year of relevant experience in acute care, emergency, or rehab facility
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
