Allegheny Health Network is hiring a casual Registered Nurse (RN) for our Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation unit in Canonsburg. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate the plan of patient care for the age appropriate population.
- Initiate, monitor, and revise the interdisciplinary plan of care based on assessment findings and physician orders.
- Complete patient documentation comprehensively in line with facility policies and regulatory requirements to promote interdisciplinary communication.
- Provide ongoing and appropriate teaching to patients and families to effectively guide them across the continuum of care.
- Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues, potentially serving as a preceptor.
What We're Looking For
- Current State of Pennsylvania RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.

This is an onsite position located in Canonsburg.
