Samsung Electronics America is looking for a Federal Channel Sales Manager to lead our federal government-focused channel partners. This role drives revenue growth for our B2B Display Product Portfolio by managing top partners, developing strategic growth plans, and executing sales targets.
What You’ll Do
- Manage top Federal Channel Partners to drive revenue growth in B2B Display Product Portfolio.
- Develop category and channel growth strategies, cross channel product planning, forecasting, promotional planning, and marketing plans.
- Drive and execute revenue targets, market share targets, and sales of strategic products for the B2B display portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and account managers.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and supporting partner sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on channel initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, pricing, and incentives to maximize mutual profitability.
- Lead joint business planning sessions, QBRs, and other strategic meetings.
- Manage MDF, ROI, forecasting, and reseller strategies and initiatives.
- Represent Samsung at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums.
- Provide direction, Voice of Customer, and partner route-to-market needs to Product Management.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in channel sales.
- Strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory up to 60% of the time.
- Operational knowledge working on a CRM platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with the ability to develop detailed presentations.
Nice to Have
- Channel experience with a focus on Display Products (Professional, Hospitality, Desktop, LED) and Display Software Solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in the federal marketplace in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Experience in sales operations, sell-through analytics, and executive-level partner engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com.

This position is based locally in Ridgefield Park, N.J. and follows an in-country work mode.
