Cardlytics is looking for a Rippl Retail Media Sales Leader to lead the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution of our multi-retailer retail media consortium. You will be responsible for developing a scalable and profitable proposition, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable value to all stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Evolve and execute a retail media consortium structure to monetize retailer first-party data and leverage collective scale
- Prospect, negotiate, and onboard retail participation while managing ongoing strategic partner relationships
- Lead creation of consortium-level joint business plans with brands and agencies, aligning on objectives and performance metrics
- Build and execute the annual sales plan to scale data and media spend across a multi-retailer network
- Lead, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate with operations, analytics, product, legal, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Train internal and external stakeholders on platform capabilities, governance, and retail media best practices
- Represent the organization at conferences and industry events to advance Rippl’s thought leadership
- Monitor emerging trends in retail media, data-sharing, attribution, and privacy to incorporate best practices
- Track sales KPIs—revenue, pipeline, and client retention—and present regular updates to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years experience in digital advertising, sales, or retail media, ideally in CPG or large national retailers
- Proven track record selling media and building revenue pipelines within a retail or shopper-marketing context
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, closed-loop attribution, and performance reporting
- Experience negotiating with national advertisers and agencies on media investments
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Leadership experience managing a team and scaling new business operations
Nice to Have
- Agency experience and familiarity with platforms like The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Google Ad Manager, etc.
